Here it is, after months of hard work, Supercritical Synthesizers have now released the Redshift 6!

Redshift 6 combines technology from the company’s previous products, the Demon Core Oscillator and the Neutron Flux Filter. Each of the six voices features a DCO with analog waveforms generated under digital control. The filter core is an analog 4-pole state variable filter also digitally controlled to act like almost any classic vintage synthesizer filter and more. In addition to the oscillators and filters, Redshift 6 has all the features expected of a modern synth – plenty of modulators, flexible voice routing, multitimbrality, MPE, and DSP effects.

As they state on their website, they will be adding more polish and features to the synth in the next months.

For the first six months of Redshift 6, we’re focusing on completing the user experience of the synth. After that, we will start taking full advantage of the flexible hardware and create even more features never seen on an analog synth. You can check our public roadmap to see what’s coming and there will also be public beta versions available for the more adventurous among you. We’re reserving the right to change plans to adjust to changing priorities. If you would like to see a specific feature sooner rather than later, suggest a new feature or report a bug, drop us a line.
